Remove email auto fill when emailing from a ticket

How do you remove one of the auto fill when typing a name on an email from a ticket. As shown in the photo attached. The account is not in the user table

But where is the suggestion coming from?

I think it is configured to autocomplete at the dictionary level—as you start typing a word, it automatically begins suggesting matches.

Any idea how I can remove one from being suggested?

Check dictionary. example of caller id n incdent

Does it auto populate or you are typing and it's giving suggestion?

Check in your email client template for your table, if something is mentioned in TO field

For me in native and workspace it doesn't auto fill
