then it's browser issue.
Clear instance cache using cache.lo and logout and login again
Also try in other browsers

Hello @joshmorris ,
Do you want to send an email to any specific user in the field (for eg, assigned_to, caller or assigned_to.manager) ?
If that's your requirement , you can create an email client template on the table that you are explicitly using email client to send the emails from the tickets(records).
You can mention default users in the To , CC or BCC section as well . This way you won't have to type anything manually and the users will automatically be displayed.
Because , editing the reference qualifier for the "To" field in the email client is not feasible.

@joshmorris , in the navigator search for email client configuration. Open the Default.
Remove the Recipient Qualifiers. This works.
