Requested for field not visible on Request Summary page

Hi experts, this is silly but I can't figure it out.
How to bring Requested for filed visible on the summary table? I have the Requested for field variable on the catalog item. This is on my PDI (Yokohama).

check the widget on how it brings the field.
If no configuration can be done then you might have to clone the OOTB widget and make script changes and then add this new widget to the page
