Response template message content showing empty

I have created a Response Template on a Incident table, and it should be displayed for all Incident records. When I navigate to an Incident record, and invoke the Response Template, i get a blank screens as a Result. But this behavior is not consistent, I do see the content being displayed for a few Incident. Can someone help trouble shoot it?

 

Content of the Response Template

Service: ${business_service}

Configuration item: ${cmdb_ci}

Incident: ${number} (Date: ${Date}) 

Short Description: ${short_description}

Priority: ${priority}

State: ${state}

hi @Pooja Gupta ,

did you also configure some conditions in the template? if you have configured any condition in it or if the visibility is set for some set of users or groups there might be a chance you won't be able to see the template.

No, I haven't added any condition. It should show up for all records of the table. Also, I am able to see the template name and also able to select it, but the content of the response template is showing as Blank.

 

If there a word limit on the response template content?

Also, if one of the field to be displayed from the task table is empty, does it causes a response content to be blank?
