Restrict Change Task Planned Dates to Parent Schedule Window (Gray Out Invalid Dates)

Only the parent Change Request’s schedule window (e.g., 11/13/2025 – 11/20/2025) is editable for task planned dates. All other dates must be visually disabled (grayed out) in the date picker.
