Risk assessment feasibility

here is an OOTB Risk Assessment available for Change Requests. Is there a similar Impact Assessment functionality available OOTB in ServiceNow?

If not, could you please advise how we can configure or customize an Impact Assessment similar to the existing Risk Assessment functionality?

There is no OOTB Impact Assessment. If you want this functionality, you can build it, but it would be a customisation. The way is the UI Page, take Risk assessment  as a reference or starting point, but the implementation itself would be a custom solution.
