RITM and SCTASK Request Information fields not showing fields as mandatory

Hello,
I have Catalog UI Policies that set certain fields to mandatory, However when the request is submitted and a RITM or SCTASK is created those fields are not showing as mandatory, the asterisk is missing. The asterisk does show in the catalog item when is is being filled out

For this, you need to use a UI Policy, as it is not available in the Variable Editor view.

I figured out the the Value Action needs to be set to Leave Alone in the ui policy actions

Im having another issue where if a variable is filled out in the request, then it shows as read only in the ritm as expected but if the variable does not have a value when submitted, the field shows as editable on the ritm

On your Catalog UI Policy ensure Applies on Catalog Task checkbox is checked

I have selected these check boxes for the condition to apply to the ritm and sctask...it does set the field to mandatory but now the field is no longer read only...but if I set the field to read only in the ui policy, then the field will be read only when being filled out in the request
