Role Needed for Write Access to CI relationship type Table in ServiceNow

I’m trying to find which role needs to be assigned to a user in order to grant write access to the cmdb_rel_type table in ServiceNow. Could anyone please advise which specific role(s) should be assigned to enable this level of access?

@pavanakumar oob write access is given to  snc_internal, discovery_admin. Also there is a system property which has certain relationship types which are not accessible to snc_internal users.
