Created a search source for Standard change Template. when i search the 'standard change' in the service portal its listing all the standard changes but when i click on it instead of opening the record it shows like the below. The record opens only when i click on submit. is it ootb feature ?
Yes, exactly. This is the expected behavior when using Standard Change on portal. When you click Submit, the standard change form will open where you can fill in the details. So there’s nothing to worry about regarding the form.
