Hi All,
I am in need of implementing a escalation process within service requests. I'm looking for ideas on how you all implemented this within ServiceNow?
Example Steps to the process
1. Requestor/Service Delivery wants to escalate a requests
2. Engages Service Delivery Manager for review
3. Engages appropriate team to work the escalated service request.
