ServiceNow MiM - Record Calls

We have a requirement to records the calls for MiMs and attach it to the ticket. Has this scenario been explored earlier and how can we do it and what are all the licenses needed for it apart from ITSM

Greetings!!
OOTB , as per my knowledge there is no way to record MIM calls. It might be something, when call closed on Teams and get saved, run an API to get the recording and attach. If I am not wrong, the MIM call are not happening in SN, but SN is just providing a way to connect to call.
