There are several other out-of-the-box (OOTB) notifications also configured on the change table. Technically, you need to check which other OOTB notifications are present and either disable them or modify their conditions.

Hi All
We have notification configured for CI based on assignment group such that when any CI is related to change separate notifications are triggered to same assignment groups based on their association with different CI. Is there way to optimize these notifications.
Problem too many notifications are being generated for a single change which is causing huge traffic issue
