Hi ServiceNow Community ,....
I have a doubt regarding Services Impacted Tab CI population Logic ...
During CI Creation...I Could See Lot of CI's Getting Populated in Impacted Services Related List tab, I could see there is logic Defined in CiUtils Script Include , But I want to know how the CI are getting added ,(We are not using Service Mapping) , We have deactivated business rules as well, Even though records are getting populated in task_cmdb_ci_Service Table
I changed the Value of System Property(relationship Max depth) , but it is getting changed to incident , Change as well ...But the requirement is only to display only one depth ci's of primary ci in Services Impacted Tab
Any Idea or Suggestions...
