Single user gets a blank white page when trying to view ess page

Hey Everyone,
I have a single user who is unable to view our employee self service site or access any sub pages (other than knowledge base which loads fine).
The user reaches a blank white page, this is reproducible in all browsers by using impersonation.
The issue only happens in our production instance,
i'm stumped any ideas?

Hi,
Can you verify the user's roles against someone similar? Even with ess, if they have some sort of alternate role, it could cause this behavior. Could also check their user preferences/roles against a sub-prod instance as well if they have a record there and their access is fine.
Since this happens with other browsers, then it's isolated to ServiceNow and something with their user preferences or their permissions. So that's where I'd look first.

Hi Allen, Yep checked this already they are an end user and only have snc_internal same as all other users.

Understood, I did starting writing everything I had done so far but i'd spent about 3 hrs working through different things before putting it here so would be about 6 pages...
Our end users all redirect directly to the ess site so no homepages/dashboards at all.
