standard change proposal - change request values

Hi Team!

in our standard change proposal "propose a new standard change" we have assignment group mandatory under the "change request values", i know change request values can be edited in the "standard change administration" module but im looking for a way to set a filter on what assignment groups they can select. 

any help on this?
