Table field is not showing my custom table in Responses UI Action

I am trying to create a response template for my custom application which is extended from a Task table and in the Global scope. However, I cannot find my custom table in the Table list of the Responses UI Action which is in Templated Snippet scope. See the Figure below.

I confirmed my custom table has Application Scope set to ‘All Application Scopes’.  

Can someone help?

Can you change scope to 'Global' and try again ?

I created a new Response UI Action under Global scope. I was able to get the Response button on the custom application. However, I am not able to see my response template when the response template window pops up on the side. I copied the same script that came up with Templated Snippet Response UI Action.

Hey Musab, I had done that already before you suggested it. I don't think it needs another thread as I still am not able to use the response template. But, thanks for your suggestion.
