Hi All,

Is there a way to report on breached SLAs like these with the account as a column

We need a way to report on which account the breached case is categorized under.

Thank you, this has helped. How would you specify reporting to separate Response and Resolution SLA's

Hi @adam_cannon_23 ,

Yep, just create your report based on the task_sla. This will give you the option to dot-walk to the sn_customerservice_case and pick up the account name.
