I am using Catalog Builder on my Australia PDI instance to test a new catalog form I would like to use in the Service Portal. Right now, the form only has one field which shows the service level for the product. This field pulls from a table called u_support_tier_rate and it has two columns. One is called Support Type and the other is called Price.
My goal is to have the customer select the support level they would like and display its price in the built-in item widget. If I preview the form within Catalog Builder, the form works great! I can see the price display on the widget correctly. HOWEVER, as soon as I publish the form, the price option no longer works correctly within Catalog Builder. The price simply does not display. Does anyone know why? Here are some screenshots showing what I mean.
This is what it looks like in preview before I publish in Catalog Builder.
This is what it looks like in preview after I click publish in catalog builder.
This is how the My Support Level variable looks like within Item Maintenance.
Here is the u_support_tier_rate table.
Any suggestions?

ahoy @Bryan21,
it looks like you have some custom pricing created.
The value seen in your first screenshot is taken directly from the catalog item, example as seen here:
That is for a fixed price, if you have some options as Bronze, Silver Gold or Platinum then you might need to create a separate item per each or to manipulate the price field after submission but I don't think there's an easy way to achieve as per your requirement, you would need to get that details into widget.
Is it something that was working and now it stopped or you building a new thingy?
If it was working, you can check the Price, Omit Price, Hide price etc in the list view, find your item(s) and check the values if it is true/false:
