Unable to change the categorization from the RITM record

Unable to change the categorization from the RITM record – these categories / sub categories is should allow reclassification. Also Catalog type values are missing.

Hi @RichaRose 

Looks like either a UI policy or a client script has been mapped to these fields in the RITM table, which is why they are read-only. You need to check the required logic and make changes if needed, but technically, once a request is submitted, these fields should not be changed
