What could be the reason 

I am Unable to search old tickets as before after upgrade

There are various possible causes, such as roles being changed due to the version upgrade or ACLs being applied to the service portal widget.

- What kind of ticket are you trying to search for? (e.g. incident, change request, etc.)
- What search conditions are you setting?
- Are any error messages displayed?
- What version are you using before the upgrade and what version are you using after the upgrade?

Hi Pramm,

Your questions looks incomplete. You should mention from which version to which version you upgraded. Which tickets are missing and from which Table.  There may be many possible reasons - Exclusion of Tables during cloning before or after upgrade / Change in Role/ Change in ACL etc. so i don't think your question can be answered without proper and complete information.
