Unable to unarchive / recover record from archive request table (ar_sc_req_item)

There is an option to recover record from Archieved requests (ar_sc_req_item) table but it is greyed out. Please suggest how to recover archived requests.

Hi @Bhanodaya 

 

If you want to recover deleted RITMs, navigate to System Definition > Deleted Records.

If you’ve set up Archive Rules and need to restore records from an archived table, open Archive Records — you’ll find a related link there to recover the record.

 

Share the screenshots if you are unable to recover it

I want to restore records from archived tables and there is no related link.

I have tried this, and related link is available to me (see the screenshots), opened the record from "Click here" and then can see "restore record" link on the bottom.

Some checks to perform from your end:

  1. Verify OOB UI Actions – Ensure the following UI actions are not disabled in your instance:

  2. Check your access – Right-click the header of the archive record and select Analyze Access. This will display any permissions that are restricted.

  3. Confirm if the related Request (sc_request) is archived – In some cases, the Request record might need to be restored before the corresponding RITM can be unarchived.
