Hi team,
I have a requirement whenever we modify the parameters of configuration item, then we have to create an unauthorized change request. Right now we configured to only one class type of servers but in future we will include for some types of classes .
configuration practice:
1. V enable the unauthorized change request.
2. Created the dynamic ci groups for the respective class type of server.
3. After doing this configuration , the ci’s following the query will be available in the service mapping table .
after doing the above configuration. We are able to create the change only for the first time and it is failing from the second server . Could some one please help me on this.
thanks,

hi @snow57
The issue where the unauthorized change request is created only for the first server and fails for subsequent servers could be due to several reasons, such as improper configuration in dynamic CI groups, misconfigured business rules or workflows, or limitations on the trigger condition.
Could you provide the screen shot or scripts which you created so anyone can help you here.
thank you
