url redirects to default service home page instead of approval page

Hi All,

We have a URL link to open approval page which we send to the user through an email. When user clicks on the link first time, he is redirected to Service Portal page (default page) through SSO. When he clicks the link second time then only it opens the correct Approval page. 

If user is already logged in then the url works correctly and opens the approval page. 

My question is how to make the link to open the approval page on the first click itself.

I've seen this before when you have more than one domain, if the user has a bookmark make sure it is the same domain as the link in the URL's that are being sent out in the notification.
