I have a Maintain Item form that creates a Request, RITM, multiple SC Tasks, and a custom table ticket.
The Variable Editor is working correctly on the RITM and SC Task forms. However, it is not displaying the Catalog Item variables on the custom table ticket.
The standard formatter com_glideapp.......... was not available by default, so I created a new formatter using the same formatter name and added it through Configure → Form Layout. However, the variables are still not displaying.
Could you please advise what additional configuration or relationship is required to display the same Catalog Item variables on the custom table ticket?
