We are not able to create user records in Instances

We are not able create user records in instances both dev and prod , It was coming as Invalid insert

this is new BR introduced in Xanadu, Yokohama.

check below KB for steps and if you don't want you can disable that OOTB BR

Your screenshot was showing as manual creation. If the issue is due to AD sync with ServiceNow, check the payload and make sure attributes are available in expected format.

 

Issue you mentioned is due to below BR. Work with your AD team to make sure country codes are Valid ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 two-letter format and this data is available in 'core_country' table in ServiceNow,

Thanks  all for the Response for this issue, we have disabled the OOTB BR "Prevent invalid language code", and User record got created.
