Team
Going forward, we are planning to use ServiceNow agile development module instead of Jira. We need to have the Jira data related to stories, bugs into ServiceNow. It will be a ONE TIME ACTIVITY .We would like to know what would be the best way to do this inbound integration?

Hi @dmi95
If its one time activity, try to export stories and bugs in excel and upload it in servicenow using transform maps.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.

Hi @dmi95
Pratically, it is not a good way that you bring the running stories in SN. Bcz it will start from new. if you still want to do, create the transform map and bring them in SN. You may loose the ruuning updates which were in Jira.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Syncronizing bugs, stories and more from Jira into Snow, sounds like a perfect use-case for Exalate.
It is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over.
