When export an incident to a pdf file, the "work notes" and "additional comments" are separated.

Can we mix them together in the order of what are being shown in the SNOW incident view (sort by time stamps) ?

If you want time stamps to be visible can edit the form via form layout and add the "additional comments" and "work notes" in as the fields and then try to export this way when exported, you would be able to see the timestamps.

if you are leveraging out of the box Export PDF feature then this is not possible

you can use Document Templates and configure in whatever way you want
