When I submit 3 Forms through Order Guide, I get error as "Sorry, the page you requested was not fou

Good evening.!
I have an Order Guide, where I have 1 Catalog Form (Maintain items - (which generates a RITM)) and 2 Record Producers which generates an Incident and a Generic Request.

So, when I submit all together, no errors comes, and tickets are created.

But when I submit just the Incident and Generic Request Forms, I get error as below:

Sorry, the page you requested was not found.

I couldn't find any specific cause here, mate. It seems like there might be a cache issue because it should be working. Please check for any conflicts in the rule-based setup. Alternatively, try generating the incident and generic request as individual items. And when you refer to the generic request, is it the Record produced or something else?
