Hi,

While creating the ATF i can't see the Resolve button where as it is there earlier

please find the UI action configuration:

It is working fine earlier but i don't see it now.

The error seems to be a timeout. Did you try increasing the timeout to 90 seconds and checking again?

So the button is visible with that step but unable to click.

Did you try to increase the timeout to 10/20 seconds for the next step?

Once i click the Resolve then i want to set the field values cause code and Resolution code and resolution notes

as mentioned in the below screenshot

for that I believe you will have to use Custom UI step as it opens a modal.

But remember Custom UI step doesn't always work.

You can also try to use "Manual Page Inspector" of ATF.
