Why Create Catalog Task Action is showing Waiting event the catalog task is closed Complete in flow

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on a flow that generates catalog tasks once a request is approved. However, during testing, I am encountering an issue where all catalog tasks get closed complete, even though the flow indicates that it is still waiting for the task and shows the flow state in waiting.

Could someone please assist me in understanding why this is happening and provide any troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue?

What do your flow executions say about this? You can find clues to the issue there, for both the 'create task' actions as waiting, as (probably) your RITM not closing.
