When I impersonated as end user he is not able to see all the categories and when i see articles that he able to see in portal and published articles in backend count were not matching??
what could be the reason for this?
and when i moved same configuration to another instance whatever he is seeing in sourse instance also not able to see in target instance? why so ??
Note: In knowledge base can read list we have selected "Any User" criteria where we haven't selected any user , group, department etc. { I don't think its no more use}.
for that matter same "Any User" criteria i have given in target instance still there i am not able to see anything in portal when I logged in as a End user.

Hi @KM SN ,
Have you verified from knowledge base level both the "can read" and the "cannot read"?
Have you verified the user criteria from knowledge level?
If above doesn't give anything, then go to "User Criteria Diagnostics".
And look up either the article or/and knowledge base:
This will give you an overview of the user criteria:

Hi @KM SN
Not sure but try to check on KB level as well. Try to remove the Any user and did with a group or role , just to cross check or reproduce.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
