Why the ticket "Updated by" field (in REQ/RITM report) is showing as "admin"

Hello 

 

In my instance as I see on list view of RITM tickets updated by column is showing admin as last update made on those RITMs by my team members it should show their names only

 

Can anyone assist what are things I need to check for this and how to identify the root cause of this
