Workflow stage is updates as Null

Hi people ,

I have configured Request cancelled stage in workflow but whenever the task gets cancelled, the stage is changes as "null" in request summary page .Kindly share any inputs on this issue

  1. Check the Stage Field: First, let's confirm the "Stage Field" in your workflow version is set correctly. This field tells the workflow where to update the stage value on the request form.

    • Open the workflow version you're using.
    • Find the "Stage Field" section.
    • Make sure it points to the actual field on the request form that stores the stage value (e.g., "stage").
  2. Review the "Request Cancelled" Stage: Next, let's double-check the configuration of your "Request Cancelled" stage.

    • Open the workflow version again.
    • Find the "Request Cancelled" stage.
    • Ensure there's an "Update Field" action set to update the "Stage Field" (the one you checked in step 1) with the value "Request cancelled" (or whatever value you want to display).
  3. Clear the Cache (Optional): Sometimes, a cached value might cause issues. Try clearing your browser cache and see if the stage updates correctly after that.
