Hi Team,
When we are attaching Knowledge article to an Incident/SCTASK,it is updating full article in work_notes .I just want Article link to be updated instead of full article.Any suggestions?

I have checked those articles.I am facing this issue only in Native while attaching the Articles.
Is this the one you are reffering.For both the records,it is updated as Embed link to article by default.I think these configurations are for Workspace.
