We are hoping to share best practices, gain insight from each other and have the opportunity to have an open forum with other companies using the tool. We implemented it a couple months ago.

We went live with it a few months back, we are using it for our service desk only. It has really reduced the incident count by switching the service desk over to using interactions each time they pickup the phone. Our technicians like the ability to create an incident, fill in a catalog item or pass along a knowledge article directly from their interaction record with the caller.
