Kansas City SNUG Community!
We are very excited to announce the next Kansas City ServiceNow User Group meeting! SAVE THE DATE and please join ServiceNow specialists and expert users to discuss the latest ServiceNow news and updates, along with best practice discussions and opportunities for networking with your fellow IT professionals.
This session will allow users to:
- Trade tips, tricks and successes around the ServiceNow platform
- Hear best practices and demonstrations
- Network with your fellow IT professionals
Kansas City SNUG Details:
Date: Wednesday, October 30, 2019
Time: 12:00pm (networking lunch) – 4:00pm, followed by Happy Hour

Join us before the SNUG for a CMBD workshop from 9:30-11:30 on 10/30. This workshop is a collaborative hands-on session targeted towards CMDB owners, change and configuration managers, service management managers/directors. Please email caroline.campbell@servicenow.com if you plan to attend!
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- CMDB Value for Your Organization
- CMDB Goals & Objectives in the Context of Leading Practices regarding:
- People, Process, Technology & Data Considerations
- Critical Design Considerations
- Building (and Maturing) trustworthy data via platform automation
Entry and Parking:

- Due to space limitations, SNUG participants will not be permitted to park in the garage directly underneath H&R Block.
- Parking is available underneath the Power & Light District. Enter the garage is off E 13th St between Grand Blvd and Walnut St.

- After parking, SNUG participants can cross Walnut St into PNC Plaza and follow the stairs up to the H&R Block lobby.
- Once inside the lobby, the SNUG will be upstairs and to the right in Knowledge Center Rooms A & B.
- SNUG participants will receive parking validation at the event.
- Participants can also get to H&R Block via the light rail system.

- Southbound trains stop at Truman Rd and Main St (1 block south of H&R Block).
