Hi all!  I am a ServiceNow employee and in Wichita.  I have been in the ecosystem for 10 years, 4 here at ServiceNow.  I have created tons of delivery content for Expert Services, Partners and Customers in what was Now Create. 
My product knowledge and expertise is CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, SecOps and ITAM.
