Note :- The DemoHub instance should be part of Rome release to run this demo.
Outcome
With Telecom Rome Content, we are enabling Telecommunications Service Provider to better service their customers from Order Capture to Order Management, Fallout Management, In-Flight Changes, View Order, Product Inventory.
and Assurance Workflows/Alarm Management.
DemoHub now includes flows to showcase each of these capabilities through a breadth of use cases, including:
- Creating/Modifying Service Orders covering Service Order Management & Fallout Management
- Creating/Modifying Product Orders covering In-Flight Changes
- View list of Recent Orders & based on search criteria
- View list of Product Inventory
- Assurance Workflows/Alarm Management
Installation Instructions
- As of Rome, the DemoHub team is bringing the new DemoHub Console experience.
- In your instance, navigate to the DemoHub App application in the navigator
- Click DemoHub Sync.
- It will run for a few seconds, this is grabbing the most recent additions from DemoHub build files.
- In the new DemoHub console, choose For Telecom industry, I need to demo Customer workflow for CSM business unit with any skill level and click on "Find" button as shown below
From the return list select "[Telecom] Customer Workflows: TMT (Solution) - Telco Rome Enhancements with ICF Integration"
Click on Setup Steps as shown in the previous screen, and then click on "Start" Instance Configuration on step 2, a new window opens then click on Install.
Points to Note:
- The first-time installation of the demo will take some time as it installs all the necessary plugins, configuration files etc.
- Please ensure to look into the "Pre-requisites (steps before delivering a demo)" section of Demo Narrative after the configuration is installed in Step 2.
- Refer all Narrative documents as needed for detailed demo flow.
