Abstract: Swiss Re had been customizing their ServiceNow instance for 10 years. However, in 2018, they embarked upon a major three year modernization program for ServiceNow with the objective of significantly reducing costs by adopting out-of-the-box processes and modules. In this session, they will present an overview of (1) why they started this, (2) the plan, (3) a report from midway through the program, (4) challenges faced and resolved, (5) lessons learned so far.
