Session Code: BRE2007
Presenter(s): Stephanie Carter
Company(s): University of San Francisco
Abstract: The University of San Francisco launched the Service Portal in 2018. However, in some ways the IT website still acted like an ITSM tool and knowledge repository which lead to outdated forms and information. Listen to how USF transformed their Service Portal to improve self-service and MTTR, eliminate redundant web pages, and create a more cohesive service environment. USF will discuss the upgrade process, as they are currently on Madrid and moving to New York. The original portal was launched in Jakarta. USF is currently on Madrid and will move to New York prior to K20. We will include some information on the upgrade process as well.
