Abstract:
All too often IT focuses on the solution but not the journey of the user. In our implementation we leveraged Change Champions and brought them through the journey. Ensured the user community understood the benefits of the features, and provided continuous engagements with the leadership of cross-functional teams. From tri-folds to posters, donuts to the SNOW cake, the journey was about adoption early.
