Abstract: To support a digital transformation you need to focus on all of your digital products. IT must be ready to simplify how to accomodate blurring lines between IT required to automate work, operationalize process, and in customer facing products and services. We will share how ServiceNow plans to help create and manage digital products. We will provide a path to get back to basics with your CMDB as the foundation in understanding all Digital Products, and how to leverage CSDM guidance to simplify the journey. We will will share how the IT4IT standard is re-orienting on Digital Products as the foundation to facilitate managing the full lifecycle of Digital Product resources, dependencies, and dependents.
