Abstract:
We all see the potential of ServiceNow but how do we realize its full value promise across the Enterprise? The focus on functional, process, technology and data comes to mind first. But what about the organizational leadership, leadership structures, culture and conflicting priorities? Those are hard to align and even harder to break. Yet, the promise of value that comes with ServiceNow lays exactly there. This session is focused on sharing perspectives and lessons learned from Deloitte’s efforts to drive Enterprise value with ServiceNow, and will address approaches to recognizing, addressing and accelerating Transformation through governance and leadership alignment on role they have to drive value realization.
