Abstract: Kansas City Southern Railway implemented Field Service Management and mobile for our contractors performing remote technical services across the country. Attend this session to learn how we were able to achieve our goals of dispatching techs using mobile phones, manage the life cycle of the assets and equipment inventory, increase visibility into the technicians' activities, and improve efficiency. We also modernized their equipment inspections by bringing them into ServiceNow. Learn how we mobilized the techs' ticket management and automated their inventory management. Hear how we decreased the incidents created for our techs and increased accountability.
