With the upgrade to London, you have to change your way of doing things in Alert Management. Although change can sometimes be difficult, London opens up a world of options that did not exist before when it comes to processing alerts — which makes the rewards well worth the effort to migrate from the old way of doing things. The opportunities to rework your processes and simplify the administration of alerts are almost unlimited thanks to the capabilities afforded through the use of flows, subflows, remediation, and other advances available to you in London. This session will walk you through Mary Kay's journey of converting their alert management processes from a bulky, cumbersome, and hard-to-track montage of alert action rules and templates to a sleek, streamlined, and easy-to-administer system that leverages the advances in ServiceNow London.
