Veterans United Home Loans is one of the nation's largest VA mortgage lenders. In an increasingly competitive market, 24/7/365 availability of systems becomes critical to continue to delivery excellent customer service and ensure our customers can access information about the loan process no matter what time zone they happen to be in.

In this session, Veterans United Home Loans will share how their CMDB has gone from almost non-existent to an essential part of their toolkit in the past two years.
