Company(s): InSource, Space Telescope Science Institute
Abstract:
In this session, the Space Telescope Science Institute will discuss their ServiceNow journey through the universe and beyond. They'll focus on how they have transformed the user experience both internally and for the Astronomical community around the globe using ServiceNow CSM and ITSM. The Baltimore-based intitute, operated by NASA for the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA), helps humanity explore the universe with advanced space telescopes and ever-growing data archives. They have helped guide the most famous observatory in history, the Hubble Space Telescope. Since the telescope's launch in 1990, the institute has performed the science operations for Hubble. How were they supporting these cutting edge endeavors? Email and Outlook public folders. Join them to discover how they are using ServiceNow to deliver their mission of “Expanding the Frontiers of Space Astronomy.”
