Abstract: Like most brick and mortar retailers, Aaron’s needs to constantly innovate in-store experiences for their customers. One approach Aaron’s decided to pursue was to retrain store associates to engage customers with more value-add activities. After a short pilot confirmed double digit results, Aaron’s was ready to go. The challenge was that this was a massive re-training process that needed to engage over 6,000 associates across 1800 physical store locations. The training process required a system that could track countless program elements such as 300,000+ surveys completed per day, regional reviews by management teams, daily status reporting, executive dashboards, customized portal access by store and more!
