Abstract: Customer and potential customers are seeking to modernize their service desk related processes by leveraging technologies like machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). To help them achieve this, ServiceNow is releasing ML Mission Control. It’s an industry-first product that systematically guides stakeholders by providing insights and best practice guidance during their ML implementation. Currently, ML implementations in the enterprise AI market are point solutions, with customers solving one use case at a time, and very few of them getting successfully deployed into production. In this session, ServiceNow will walk attendees through this product and give best practice guidance to help business users champion ML in their organizations via quick and successful implementations.
