Learn about our new IT Service Management Mobile (​​​​​​ITSM) application in this lab and see how working from anywhere is made easy. It's a native application on your mobile phone that allows you to quickly view and respond to tasks, manage team assignments with simple gestures and view requests, and approve with a swipe – all on the go.
